The Blastline Blast Rooms offer a unique means of abrasive recovery. In conjunction with the "W" section floor, a most efficient ventilation system is provided. This has many outstanding advantages when compared with other blast room designs. We have design and developed Blast room installation for a wide variety of customers and it is rare that two users require the same equipment or share the same blasting problems , with our blast room the principle components are built to a set of design standards with allow for a semi modular construction giving valuable savings in cost, but still allowing valuable flexibility.
Features of our Blast room
1) Doors : Rolled steel frames and steel giving full width opening for complete use
Of blasting area .
2) Mono rail : Generally designed the room structure to suit customer’s requirements

3) Floor grating : open mesh diamond pattern for full abrasive recovery can be designed to suit and loading
4) Inlet baffles : Double Element baffles to give correct air flow which
Preventing abrasive escape.

5) Recovery screw : steel flights mounted on continuous steel shafts and
supported on sealed and lubricated bearings .
6) Rubber lining: on mounted on walls and doors ,loose hung to reduce noise Give protection to blast   room.
7) Man door : Man access door can be supplied erected to suit local Conditions
8) Blast machine : Our standard BL- 24650 machine with all associated features for maximum efficiency   come with all accessories .
9) Ducting : Designed to give correct air flow and reduces vacuum loses

10) Dust extractor : One cartridge type down flow dust collector with pulse air blow for cleaning filters.
11) Lighting : 2’ x4’ four bulb ,110 volt ,fluorescent light fixtures with lexan covers

12) Air wash :full width double adjustment air wash to give excellent cleaning of abrasive for 100% blast efficiency.

13) General room construction: Rolled steel frame carrying steel
